PDF download terms and access rules
Understand the start date, expiry and repurchase rules for 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month PDF download access.
Four terms, purchased per exam
Each guide offers 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of download access. Purchasing one guide does not include other exams. Payments are one-time and do not renew automatically.
Access begins when payment succeeds
Terms are calculated in UTC calendar months from the successful payment time. If the target month has no corresponding day, its last day is used and the time of day is preserved. For example, one month from 31 January expires at the same time on the final day of February.
Every download is checked
The server checks your signed-in identity, exam, payment record and expiry time. It refuses new downloads after expiry or a refund. Hiding a button alone is not the access control.
Saved files remain on your device
Expiry ends the website’s download service for that order. It cannot remove PDFs already saved to your device. Personal-use licensing still applies: do not resell or publicly distribute the files.
Purchasing again
You can purchase a new term after expiry. New access starts when the new payment succeeds. Buying early also starts a new term at payment time; unused time from the old order is not added.
